Cancellation Procedure

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing by sending an email to info@aqqabba.es; cancellations via phone will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Refund of Initial Payment: The customer will not be refunded the initial payment of 30% unless the cancellation is justified by a serious cause.
Cancellation Fees:
- With more than 7 days and less than 30 days notice before the check-in date: 50% of the reservation amount will be charged.
- With less than 7 days notice before the check-in date: 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

No refunds will be issued to the customer if they cancel their stay after it has begun, if the check-in occurs after the agreed date, or if the check-out occurs before the agreed date. This applies to both force majeure cases and any other reason.
Alternative Accommodation: In the event that, due to reasons beyond the company’s control, the reserved accommodation cannot be occupied, alternative accommodation of equal or superior characteristics will be provided to the customer without any refund.

These conditions are applied in accordance with REAL DECRETO 10/2021, of January 22, of the Consell, approving the Regulations governing tourist accommodation in the Valencian Community [2021/999].
