General Conditions
Integral Part of the Contract:
The following general conditions constitute an integral part of the tourist rental contract stipulated between you, hereinafter referred to as the Client, and Xamaroan Peñíscola S.L., with N.I.F. no. B13762141, trading under the name Aqqabba Global Services, hereinafter referred to as the Company.

AVAILABILITY:
To check the availability of accommodations, you must contact us either by phone or email. Upon receiving your request and verifying availability, we will provide you with the total price of the reservation and instructions to formalize it.

MINIMUM STAY:
During high season, the minimum stay is 7 nights; other dates are subject to inquiry (high season from 01/07 to 31/08).

PAYMENT METHOD: To confirm your reservation request, you must pay a 30% deposit of the total amount. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the account specified in the reservation form. Once payment is received, we will confirm the reservation and send you an email with all the details. If the transfer is not received within one week, the company reserves the right to cancel the pre-reservation without prior notice. The remaining amount must be paid one month before your arrival by bank transfer.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: On the day of entry to the apartment, the client must deposit a mandatory security deposit of €150 upon key handover. This will be refunded on the day of departure, provided there are no damages to the rented accommodation.
Check-in and Check-out Times:

CHECK-IN TIME: From 17:00 to 20:00. The keys to the reserved accommodation will be available between 17:00 and 20:00 on the first booked day, at the key collection office indicated in our booking confirmation. If you plan to arrive outside these hours, please notify us in advance to arrange an alternative key collection method. Arrivals after 20:00 that have not been notified in advance cannot be guaranteed.

CHECK-OUT TIME: From 09:00 to 10:00 on the last day of your reservation. Under no circumstances will late check-out be allowed after 10:00, as the cleaning staff must prepare the accommodation for the next guest.
Cancellation of the Contract by the Client / Cancellation of the Reservation:
- In the event of cancellation, the initial 30% payment will not be refunded unless justified by serious cause. No refund will be processed if the cancellation is due to weather conditions. If entry occurs after the agreed date or an early departure before the agreed date, the client will not be entitled to any refund of the stay price without exception. The reservation will be considered canceled if this intention has been notified to our company prior to the agreed rental start date or if the accommodation has not been occupied within the agreed period. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing by sending an email to info@aqqabba.es; phone cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances.
During your stay:

REST HOURS: Respectable behavior towards neighbors in the same community is requested, adhering to quiet hours from 23:00 to 10:00 and community rules.

AIR CONDITIONING: It is advisable to maintain a suitable temperature of 24°C to avoid health risks. Another key is to optimize coolness by keeping curtains, windows, and doors closed.

INCIDENTS: If something breaks or damage occurs during your stay, please notify the company as soon as possible, not waiting until the day of departure.
Cleaning and Garbage:
- Cleaning: On the day of your arrival, the apartment will be delivered clean. If you wish to have additional cleaning during your stay, you can hire it at our office.
- Garbage: Garbage bags should not be left in the apartment at the end of the stay. There are municipal containers provided for this purpose in the surrounding areas.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment. In case of non-compliance by the client, the reservation will be canceled, and the client must leave the apartment without any refund.
Smoking / Non-Smoking:
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodations, both indoors and in hallways and common areas of the building.
Parties:
- Parties/events cannot be held in our accommodations. The celebration of parties (whether spontaneous parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or similar parties) is not allowed. Groups of young people are not accepted. The client undertakes to comply with the rules of the Community of Owners and, above all, the rest hours. In case of breach of the coexistence rules by the client, the reservation will be canceled, and the client must leave the apartment without any refund.
Client Responsibilities:

The client is responsible for any damages caused to the apartment, garage, and/or common areas due to negligent use thereof. The company is not responsible for damages, thefts or robberies, fires, accidents, etc., that may occur in the apartment during the client’s stay, nor for any objects that the client may forget inside it once the stay is over.

The client also agrees to follow the instructions for use and maintenance indicated by the company and to comply with regulations regarding noise, garbage collection, normal consumption of electricity, water, etc.
Economic Conditions:
- VAT included in the accommodation price.
- Included in the price: Entry cleaning, bed linen, towels, kitchen cloths, television, basic kitchenware, and rational consumption of water, gas, and electricity.
Wifi and Age Restrictions:
- Free wifi available for guests.

Minimum check-in age: 18 years. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by parents.
Data Protection:
- In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, of Personal Data Protection («LPD»), it is informed that, by completing the booking process, your personal data will be incorporated into the company’s files, in order to provide and offer our services. It is informed of the possibility of exercising the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition to your personal data, the data controller being the company itself.
